I am hiring an additional support role for to assist myself, the sales team and help with all the behind scenes requests and duties of the office.
Megan O’Connell State Farm is a locally owned insurance agency. The office has earned several awards and is a growing agency with big dreams. The office is fast paced, goal oriented with an upbeat environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service by responding to inquiries from existing policyholders regarding insurance policy changes, billing questions, mailing forms, attaching forms, etc.
-Assist with handling delegated emails, checking voicemails, returning calls.
-Obtain information from existing clients on behalf of State Farm Corporate to keep policy information and discounts up to date.
-Set appointments for owner and other office representatives with existing customers. Text appointment reminders, upload appointment notes.
-Assist sales team: handling document requests, reaching out to State Farm Corporate for specific customer follow ups, assist with opportunity recognition
-Provide excellent customer service to exceed and enhance a customer’s experience by being able to explain differences in policies
Requirements:
- Will have to obtain insurance license: will explain during phone interview.
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
- Tenure in previous positions
- Reliable
- Excellent communication skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and a clear, thoughtful, and professional demeanor in all interactions
- Ability to multi-task: Handle a large quantity of inbound calls, emails and follow up tasks
- Highly organized & reliable: Ownership of the process and the drive to deliver high quality work consistently
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
- Ability to plan and organize work to ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to research issue and gather relevant information
