Picker/Packer

Reports to: Director - Distribution Operations
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our Distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Pick and pack items based on order lists and picking slips
- Use handheld scanners and computer systems (barcoding/WMS) to track inventory
- Prepare shipments, including generating UPS labels and closing pick orders
- Maintain organization and accuracy of warehouse stock locations
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and product assembly as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and efficient
- Collaborate with team members and support overall warehouse operations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with a fast-paced, hands-on atmosphere
- Requires working on your feet for extended periods
