Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular safety audits and jobsite inspections across multiple project locations
· Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies and OSHA compliance programs
· Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and new hire safety orientations
· Investigate incidents and near misses, documenting findings and corrective actions
· Maintain safety documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance records
· Partner with management to continuously improve overall safety performance
· Provide coaching and training to field staff to reinforce safe work practices
Qualifications:
· ASP or CHST certification required
· 2+ years of safety experience in commercial roofing or construction preferred
· Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and roofing-specific safety practices
· Valid OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain promptly)
· Ability to travel to job sites regularly
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
· CPR/First Aid certifications preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
