Your primary responsibility as an Benefits Advisor is to ascertain the needs and budget of potential clients and to present the available options. You will work directly with Field Sales Leaders, training agent and team. Our advisors offer consultation and solutions to our clientele. These telephone conversations will occur in the office, involving clients who have undergone a preliminary screening process. A successful advisor must be flexible to accommodate the client's requirements and offer a resolution that ensures they have access to the most appropriate product.
Benefits Advisor Responsibilities:
· Managing a high volume of inquiries and engaging in lengthy conversations with our clientele.
· Self-motivated and capable of working for extended periods of time in a seated or standing position.
· Utilize our CRM to maintain pipeline and contact potential clients.
· Reach weekly sales targets.
· Virtually meet with applicants who have expressed interest in insurance to address their needs.
· Help prospective clients choose the right products based on their lifestyle and budget.
· Treat sensitive and private health information with discretion.

· Must be local to Nashville and surrounding areas – This is an in-office position.
