This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a newly opened clinic and help build a patient panel from the ground up while working alongside an experienced Chief Medical Officer and Advanced Practice Provider in a collaborative, community-focused environment.
The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population including HIV-focused, LGBTQ+, Medicaid, Medicare, and underserved patients. Providers will work within an integrated healthcare model alongside behavioral health professionals, pharmacists, case managers, and community health teams while helping improve health outcomes and access to care.
Position Highlights
- Full-time outpatient position.
- Monday through Friday schedule.
- Clinic hours approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM.
- Startup clinic with gradual patient volume ramp-up.
- Current patient volume under 15 patients per day.
- Opportunity to build and grow a patient panel.
- Shared call rotation with APP providers.
- Collaborative multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements
- MD or DO.
- Completion of an accredited residency program.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active Ohio medical license or ability to obtain.
- DEA registration.

- Strong interpersonal and patient-centered care skills.
