Job Responsibilities:
Reactive Maintenance: Troubleshoots and repairs electromechanical systems on production machinery to minimize downtime.
Preventive Maintenance: Executes planned preventive maintenance on schedule and with precision to extend equipment life.
Equipment Rebuilds: Rebuilds used and existing equipment to restore functionality and extend operational life, supporting cost-effective capital investment.
Job Qualifications:
Proven hands-on electromechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven working knowledge of PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, and control systems
Proven ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical systems
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Proven track record of methodical problem diagnosis, rather than parts-swapping
