Position Summary
EquipSystems is seeking a motivated, hands-on Team Lead to oversee project teams responsible for the deep cleaning, disinfection, restoration, and reporting of healthcare equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States. This role combines leadership, customer service, quality assurance, and operational execution while traveling extensively to support projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct daily crew assignments at project sites.
- Provide hands-on leadership by working alongside team members.
- Ensure all healthcare equipment is cleaned, disinfected, restored, and serviced according to company standards.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness, functionality, and serviceability of equipment.
- Track and document:
- Equipment cleaned
- Equipment repaired
- Equipment requiring additional repair
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
- Provide daily project updates to the Operations Management Team.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment assigned to the project.
- Maintain positive working relationships with hospital staff and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures, infection prevention protocols, and hospital policies.
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
- Must successfully pass random drug screenings.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
Travel Requirements
- 100% travel throughout the United States.
- Must be available to travel for several months at a time.
- Must be willing to work at hospitals nationwide.
- Must be comfortable sharing company-provided Airbnb or hotel accommodations with fellow team members.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday.
- Perform repetitive cleaning and restoration tasks.
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Lift and move healthcare equipment as needed.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
