What You'll Need:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in schools
- Master’s/Specialist’s/Doctorate in School Psychology
- Active CDE Special Service Provider License endorsement in School Psychology
- Strong assessment, communication, crisis management, and technology skills
- Capable of effective collaboration across diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct counseling and group services per IEPs
- Develop and implement wide-ranging mental health interventions
- Conduct cognitive, social-emotional, behavioral, and adaptive assessments
- Manage crisis situations, including threat and suicide risk assessments
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and outside agencies
- Develop IEP goals, evaluation reports, and behavioral plans
- Engage in school and team meetings, professional development, and community resource coordination
