Job Description:
We are looking for an Aerobic Maintenance Technician to join our team! No experience is required—we provide full training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn a trade and build a career in the septic and wastewater industry. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of aerobic septic systems.
- Conduct septic tank pumping and cleaning services as needed.
- Learn and follow state and local regulations for aerobic septic system maintenance.
- Operate and maintain aerators, pumps, control panels, and other septic system components.
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing system malfunctions.
- Provide professional customer service, explaining system operation and maintenance to homeowners.
- Maintain accurate service records and report any system deficiencies to supervisors.
- Ensure job sites are clean and restored after service is completed.
Requirements:
- No experience necessary—training will be provided!
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in plumbing, construction, or wastewater management is a plus.
- Prior knowledge of aerobic septic systems or wastewater treatment is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
