WHAT YOU'LL DO (PURPOSE-DRIVEN CARE)

Support residents with ADLs-bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Provide medication assistance as directed.

Escort residents to meals and activities so they feel included and engaged.

Keep living spaces welcoming with light housekeeping and a focus on safety.

Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition.

Communicate concerns promptly to leadership or care coordinators.

Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards.

Protect resident confidentiality and encourage independence.
