2nd Shift
Position Description:
●Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
●Executes operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory.
●Expediting high priority requisitions
●Performing monthly supply inventories reconciliation of physical count and stock on hand records
●Ordering supplies and material for preparing and processing material for shipments
●Packaging, shipping and coordinating with customers for shipment
●Examines items to be moved, determine approximate weights, configurations and characteristics to determine the type and method of material handling/delivery required in a safe and efficient manner
●Maintaining and screening of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
●Investigates customers' complaints involving such matters as damaged items, overcharges, and delay in shipment, and makes necessary adjustments according to established procedures
●Ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
●Access various databases and input data with a high level of accuracy
●Responsible for updating and improving efficiency of the materials organization
●Complies with safety and corporate guidelines on business ethics

●Incorporates 5S, shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.
●Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Job Qualifications
Education
BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
●Bachelor's degree (B. A.); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
●Strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
●Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts
●Solid decision making skills
Computer Skills
●Internet software, Excel (Basic Formula Skill) , and Word

Work Environment
●While performing the duties of this job, the employee is locating in an office/plant environment and may be exposed to regularly to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise level.

Supervisory Responsibilities
●Must possess the ability to manage, motivate and coordinate the activities of the Production Department TM's.
●Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
