Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Crew Member/Driver to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves hands-on landscaping, lawn care, and site maintenance, with responsibilities that include operating various equipment and hand tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in landscape maintenance and construction while contributing to the beautification of residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and machinery including excavators and irrigation systems
- Assist with hardscape projects like paving, retaining walls, and other construction-related tasks
- Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal
- Maintain lawns and gardens through fertilization, watering, and pest control as needed
- Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Support team members in installing irrigation systems, garden beds, and other landscape features
- Ensure all equipment is maintained properly and report any repairs needed
Experience
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques is advantageous
- Familiarity with landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, excavators, and power tools is beneficial
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance is a plus
- Experience with snow plowing or tree care (trimming/removal) is desirable
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for driving company vehicles

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
