True Glory is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives in Everett, WA to represent our telecommunications clients at live retail pop-up events and in-store activations throughout the area. You'll be set up at high-traffic retail locations every day — engaging customers face-to-face, presenting products, and closing sales on the spot.
No experience needed. Full paid training from day one.
What You'll Do
- Represent our telecommunications clients at live retail pop-up events and in-store activations throughout Everett
- Engage customers face-to-face and present telecommunications products and services clearly and confidently
- Close sales on the spot through genuine one-on-one conversations — no cold calls, no door-to-door
- Set up, manage, and break down branded event displays every shift
- Track customer interactions and daily sales results accurately
- Hit daily and weekly performance targets alongside a competitive team
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing and confident — you are comfortable talking to strangers face-to-face every day
- Self-motivated and goal-driven — you show up ready to perform every shift
- Coachable, reliable, and eager to grow professionally
- Comfortable standing and on your feet for extended periods at retail events
- Able to commit to a consistent full-time schedule
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus — never required
What You'll Earn
- $17.10/hour base pay, paid every week
- Not commission-only — you earn your base hourly rate every shift regardless of sales results
