Duties

- Oversee food handling procedures, maintaining strict compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on culinary techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support catering events and special functions as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
Skills
- Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus.
