New Roots Recruiting is looking for a Business Development Associate to help our team identify new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and online research to uncover companies that are actively hiring.
There is NO cold calling, sales presentations, or phone time required. You'll be the person who helps our Business Development team stay one step ahead by building targeted prospect lists and identifying decision-makers.
What You'll Do
- Research companies that are actively hiring.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, and online resources to identify potential clients.
- Find hiring managers and key decision-makers.
- Locate and verify contact information.
- Organize leads in our CRM.
- Help build targeted prospect lists for our Business Development team.
- Assist with market research and identifying new industries or growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Strong internet research skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and online search tools.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Compensation
This position is performance-based, with compensation paid for every client that becomes a closed deal from the qualified opportunities you source. The better your research, the more you earn.

Pay: $54,282.17 - $65,372.07 per year
