What You'll Do
Customer Service & Checkout
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Process cash, credit, debit, and digital payments accurately
- Scan merchandise and complete transactions efficiently

- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and store credits according to company guidelines

Retail Operations
- Balance and maintain the cash drawer throughout your shift
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with bagging purchases and maintaining front-end presentation
- Support merchandising, restocking, and general store operations as needed
- Follow all company cash-handling, security, and loss prevention procedures
Administrative & Operational Support
- Accurately process transactions and maintain payment records
- Complete basic data entry and reporting tasks
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards
- Protect confidential customer and payment information
- Assist with additional store responsibilities when needed
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with teammates and supervisors to provide exceptional customer service
