We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, developing lesson plans, delivering instruction, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment. Interest in STEAM areas a plus. PA Certified Teachers preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students.
- Develop and implement classroom rules and procedures.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Provide guidance to students in academic, social, and emotional matters.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades.

Pay: From $54,075.00 per year
