Position Overview
Are you a high-energy communicator who thrives on building new partnerships? National AC Scrap is seeking a driven Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to aggressively expand our network of scrap yard partnerships. This role is a 90-day contract position with the potential for extension based on company needs and individual performance.
This is a high-volume outbound outreach role focused on farming for new accounts and driving company growth. You will be the primary engine for identifying new business opportunities and securing long-term partner relationships through persistent phone and digital communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach & Lead Generation
- High-Volume Communication: Maintain a minimum daily activity level of at least 50 outbound interactions, including phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Partnership Building: Identify, research, and connect with new scrap yards to grow the company’s "book of business".
- CRM Excellence: Track all activity, leads, and communications in real-time using Basecamp and submit daily digital report logs via Telegram.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, buying, high-volume call centers, or cell phone sales is highly beneficial.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse yard crews and owners.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with company-provided communication tools, including CRM systems (Basecamp), Telegram, and Zoom.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects National AC Scrap brand standards at all times.
