Although our main office is in Yuba City, the Redding area has always held a special place in our hearts. Much of our owner's family grew up in Redding, and she spent many weekends and summers there growing up! We also have several local staff members to connect with which is important as contract positions can often feel isolating. These roots have created a lasting connection to the North State, and we're excited to continue building meaningful partnerships with local schools, families, and therapists. We're committed to serving this community for the long haul—not just filling positions.

What You'll Be Doing
This is an in-person school-based position serving students throughout the Redding area.
We have multiple openings available and welcome both full-time and part-time applicants.
Depending on your license level (SLP or SLPA), responsibilities may include:
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services
- Write assessment reports and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and special education teams
- Complete documentation and Medi-Cal billing as required
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Provide therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement treatment plans and collect data
- Collaborate with supervising SLP and educational staff
- Complete documentation and daily treatment notes
For Both Positions
You'll have the opportunity to work with students with a variety of communication needs while becoming an important member of each school's educational team.

Compensation & Benefits
✨ $32–$75/hour DOE
✨ Hourly and salary compensation options available
✨ Year-round salary available for clinicians who secure a full-time school placement
✨ Full-time and part-time positions available
✨ $1,000 End-of-School-Year Completion Bonus for eligible full-time school-based clinicians
✨ Travel stipend available for clinicians commuting more than 25 miles
✨ Medical, dental, and vision insurance once full-time hours are established
✨ PTO and sick leave package beginning at 20+ hours per week, with enhanced benefits for full-time employees

QualificationsSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Current California Speech-Language Pathology License
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply!)
- School-based experience preferred but not required
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Current California SLPA License
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- School-based experience preferred but not required
For Both Positions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students succeed
