About the Role
As a Commercial HVAC Field Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of complex climate control systems. You will leverage your technical expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to deliver high-quality start-up, maintenance, and repair solutions that optimize building performance.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise start-up procedures for complex commercial HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions in heating, cooling, and humidity control systems to minimize client downtime.

Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance to extend the lifecycle of critical building infrastructure.

Lead equipment retrofit projects, providing technical guidance to ensure seamless system upgrades.

Maintain detailed service documentation to track system health and provide actionable insights for facility improvements.

Collaborate with team members to mentor junior technicians and share best practices in the field.
Qualifications-
5+ years of hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.

Proficiency with water source heat pumps, rooftop packaged units, and energy management controls.

Current EPA Universal certification.

Proven ability to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and possession of standard hand tools.

Active Master HVAC-R license.

OSHA 10 or 30-hour safety certification.

Specific manufacturer certifications such as Aaon, Samsung, or ClimateMaster.

Demonstrated experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity within a technical team.
