Job Title: Campus Lead – 21st Century Community Learning Centers

This position is federally funded and is contingent upon the availability of grant funds. Continued employment is subject to annual funding, program requirements, and district needs.
Coordinate daily implementation of the 21st CCLC program at the assigned campus, ensuring students receive high-quality academic enrichment, enrichment activities, and family engagement opportunities.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Valid Texas educator certification preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.

Knowledge of after-school programming preferred.
Special Knowledge/Skills

Able to effectively model instructional techniques and behavior management methods

Strong communication and organizational skills in written and oral forms

Proficient computer (PCs and/or MACs) and electronic application, including desktop and file management, word processing, and spreadsheet skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Program Operations
-
Coordinate daily after-school program activities.

Ensure student attendance is accurately documented.

Monitor program schedules and activity implementation.

Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
Student Recruitment and Retention
-
Assist with student recruitment and enrollment.
-
Monitor attendance and participation.
-
Implement strategies to improve student retention.
Staff Coordination
-
Support after-school tutors and enrichment providers.
-
Coordinate program schedules and facility usage.
-
Communicate program expectations and procedures.
Family Engagement
-
Assist with family engagement events and activities.
-
Communicate regularly with participating families.
-
Encourage family participation in program offerings.
Data Collection and Compliance
-
Maintain student attendance records.
-
Collect required program documentation.
-
Assist with grant reporting requirements.
-
Ensure compliance with district and grant expectations.
Community Partnerships
-
Coordinate campus-based partnerships and volunteers.
-
Support implementation of community-based enrichment opportunities.
Program Evaluation
-
Monitor program quality and effectiveness.
-
Collect feedback from students, staff, and families.
-
Participate in continuous improvement planning.
