We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and highly organized Director of First Impressions to become the welcoming face of our studio on Saturday mornings. This is much more than a front desk position—it's an opportunity to build relationships with children and families while creating a positive, memorable experience for every guest.
As the first person our families meet, you'll greet students with a smile, answer phones and questions, assist with check-in, support daily studio operations, and help prospective families find the perfect class for their child. You'll also play an important role in following up with trial families and helping them become part of the JDM family.
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with children, communicating with parents, staying organized, and taking initiative to get things done. This part-time position is based at our McKinney studio and is scheduled for Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (4 hours), with opportunities for additional hours during special events and studio performances throughout the year.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
