Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plan and personal coaching for our son and train therapist as well.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
- Excellent patient care skills, including empathy, active listening, and effective communication
- Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to interpret diagnostic evaluations
- Expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies
- Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or actively preparing for exams.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Behavior Analyst
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders
