Pay: $22.00 – $29.00 per hour

We specialize in pediatric dental surgeries, and we’re looking for a Dental Assistant who is passionate about making a difference — someone who brings both clinical skill and genuine heart to their work. How You’ll Make an Impact
● Support dentists during procedures, helping ensure each child feels safe and cared for
● Prepare treatment areas and equipment with precision and attention to detail
● Take and develop dental x-rays to support quality diagnoses
● Provide reassurance and guidance to patients and their families, reinforcing positive oral
health habits
● Maintain accurate patient records and support smooth clinic operations
● Contribute to a clean, organized, and joyful surgical environment
● Uphold strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe space for all children
● Help manage inventory and ensure our team has the tools they need to provide
excellent care
You will work under the guidance of the Nurse Manager and in close collaboration with the broader clinical team to deliver mission-driven care each day.
What We’re Looking For
● Certified Dental Assistant with active radiology license
● BLS certification (required)
● At least 1 year of dental assisting experience (pediatric experience a plus!)
● Warm, empathetic communicator — especially with children and families
● Skilled multitasker with a calm, steady presence in a fast-paced environment
● Strong knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control standards
