About the Role
We're a mobile home company looking for a motivated, reliable Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for setting appointments and helping grow our business. If you have a knack for connecting with people over the phone and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls and/or handle inbound calls to prospective customers
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting goals
What We're Looking For
- Required: Previous experience in a call center or appointment setting role
- Preferred (not required): Experience in the mobile home industry — we're happy to train the right candidate!
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Ability to attend initial training sessions at our Seguin office
