Summary
Directs activities of workers concerned with construction projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of a project
- Issuing and managing the R.F.I. process
- Responsible to hold subcontractor to contracted work
- Creating 3-week look ahead schedules
- Experience creating and understanding project CPM schedules
- Keep daily logs
- Attending all weekly or bi-weekly site team meeting with architects and bank inspector
- Taking the lead on weekly foreman meetings
- Must be proficient in Micro-soft project and Excel
- Working with the assigned CM to review /negotiate/ approve all subcontractor invoices associated with each contract issued
- Will need to have strong communication skills to work with city and special inspectors on-site
- Attending weekly or bi-weekly team meetings on the site
- Working closely with city officials for construction permits related to each project
- Quality control of all work-taking place
- Must have good communication and problem solving skills
- Creating and keeping project files organized.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or a minimum of 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have multi-family housing experience
