Position Summary:
Matrix Home Care is seeking experienced and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for the Fort Myers and Cape Coral, FL area. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who are looking for flexible per diem work and enjoy providing one-on-one care in the home setting.
We are looking to build coverage in this area so we are prepared for upcoming referrals and client needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning as needed
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Follow the client’s care plan and report any changes in condition
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and clear communication with the care team
