Antoine Attorney at Law is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to bolster our team with Delaware experience, ensuring smooth case management in pre-litigation and assisting with litigation duties as well.
Duties
- Drafting demand letters and managing medical liens;
- Communicating with personal injury clients and medical providers
- Meeting with new clients in intake
- Drafting and filing complaints, answering interrogatories and requests for production
- Trial support
- Assisting with a criminal case load on an as needed basis [no prior experience necessary]
Antoine Law seeks a candidate with 2-10 years experience. Delaware experience as a personal injury paralegal is required. This is an on-site position and the salary is negotiable. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
