Assistant Teachers - Preschool & Toddler Montessori Programs
We are looking for warm, compassionate, and dedicated Assistant Teachers to join our Preschool and Toddler Programs in Vermont and New Hampshire.
This is a full-time position working an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, scheduled between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $36,000 - $50,000, depending on experience, education, qualifications, and responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 1-5 years preferred.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Willingness to complete required training and continuing education.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Montessori approach.
- Able to speak some Spanish.
- Experience in toddler and/or preschool classrooms.
Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
