Marshall RehabilitationNursing is seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator RN to join our skilled nursing team.
The MDS Coordinator RN is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and completing accurate MDS assessments while ensuring timely documentation and appropriate reimbursement. This role works closely with residents, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive clinical assessments and support quality resident care.
Active RN license required
MDS experience preferred
Experienced RNs with skilled nursing or long-term care experience are encouraged to apply
