Columbia Heating Products a wholesale heating company in the Baltimore area is looking for a reliable HVAC inside sales representative for Boilers, Furnaces, Water Heaters of Residential and Commercial Equipment that will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, meet and exceed monthly sales while increasing customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBLITIES
HVAC inside sales representative.
Process customer transaction such as orders, quotes and returns.
Answers incoming telephone calls and greets customer who walk in to office.
Technical support for equipment.
Creating purchase order for the business.
Running credit cards for transactions.
Order pulling in stock room.
Coordinate deliveries.
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Some outside sales calls maybe required
REQUIREMENTS
HVAC inside sales ,Industry Experience, Microsoft computer skills,
AS400 Software is a must.
Ability to work independently,
Good communication skills and telephone manners , Problem solving skills,
Reliable, Valid drivers license, Some lifting is required,
