We’re looking for the face behind Southeast Heating & Cooling’s social media.
Southeast Heating & Cooling is a growing, family-owned HVAC company serving North Georgia, and we’re looking for a creative, outgoing, social-media-obsessed person to join our team.
This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day marketing job.
One day you might be riding along with one of our technicians filming a funny TikTok. The next you could be at a new HVAC installation creating before-and-after content, meeting with a local business about a partnership, attending a community event, or coming up with our next social media campaign.
We want someone who can help make Southeast Heating & Cooling one of the most recognizable home-service brands in North Georgia.
What You’ll Do
You’ll have a lot of creative freedom to help grow our brand.
- Create TikToks, Instagram Reels, Facebook videos and other short-form content Film our technicians, installers, jobs, equipment and behind-the-scenes moments Edit videos and create engaging social media posts Follow trends and turn them into content that fits our company Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok presence Help keep our Google Business Profile active with photos, jobs and updates Create homeowner education, funny HVAC videos, promotions and customer-focused content Visit job sites throughout our service area to capture content Help organize giveaways, contests and promotions Build relationships with local businesses and organizations Find opportunities for Southeast to participate in community events, festivals and sponsorships Help us become more involved with local schools, youth sports, neighborhoods, HOAs and community groups Represent Southeast Heating & Cooling at local events Track what’s working and help turn our marketing into actual leads and customers
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need 10 years of marketing experience.
You DO need to be:
- Creative Outgoing and personable Comfortable talking to new people Comfortable being around a camera and directing others on camera Very familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and current social trends Able to shoot good-looking content with a phone/camera Able to edit short-form videos Self-motivated and able to come up with ideas without constantly being told what to do Organized enough to plan content and community activities Comfortable driving locally to job sites and events Excited about building something and seeing your work actually grow a company
A marketing degree is NOT required.
We’re much more interested in your creativity, personality, work ethic and what you can create.
Compensation
$20–$24/hour depending on experienceFull-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
There is significant opportunity for this position to grow as our company and marketing department continue to expand.
