Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns.
- Utilize POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers through effective product demos.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in retail sales and cash register operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Familiarity with stocking and product demonstration
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus for diverse customer interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
