Canaan Stone Works is one of the Kansas City area's premier custom countertop fabricators and installers. We serve residential builders, remodeling contractors, designers, and multifamily customers with outstanding customer service, quality craftsmanship, and fast turnaround times.
We're looking for a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our sales team. This role maximizes the productivity of our salespeople by coordinating quotes, customer communication, account support, and project information so every job moves smoothly from opportunity to production.
Primary Responsibilities
· Prepare and process countertop quotes.
· Coordinate larger and more complex estimates with our offshore estimating partner.
· Review quotes for completeness and accuracy.
· Track pending quotes and proactively follow up with customers.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity information.
· Support builders, contractors, designers, and existing customers.
· Gather missing job information before production.
· Coordinate scheduling and communicate with internal departments.
Outside Sales Support
- Coordinate and deliver samples when needed.
- Attend industry events as needed.
- Coordinate and support internal events.
· Schedule showroom appointments, help customers with selections, answer questions and offer suggestions.
· Verify sink selections, edge profiles, cabinet readiness, seam locations, support requirements, appliance information, and other critical details before production.
· Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Qualifications
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong customer service mindset
· Able to manage multiple priorities
· Self-motivated and proactive
· Comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications
· Experience in sales support, account management, inside sales, or construction/building materials is a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
