Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of electrical systems in commercial construction projects. This individual will manage the project's electrical needs, including scheduling, budgeting, personnel, and client relations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, resource requirements, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability while meeting project deadlines.
- Scheduling: Develop, track, and adjust project timelines, coordinating with other contractors and project managers to ensure timely completion.
- Team Supervision: Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of electricians, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in electrical installations.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project specifications.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including National Electrical Code (NEC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of electrical installations, inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with project plans, codes, and client expectations.
- Safety Management: Implement and maintain safety protocols on the job site, conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring all staff adheres to safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project, including unforeseen design, material, or labor challenges.

Pay: $76,425.45 - $92,039.25 per year
