Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic FOH (Front of House) District Manager to lead our hospitality teams across multiple locations. This leadership role demands a passion for operational excellence, team management, and business growth. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, analyze profit and loss statements, and develop strategies that elevate guest experiences while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Your expertise in management, data analysis, and process improvement will be vital to our continued success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate front-of-house teams across all properties to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
- Develop strategic plans to increase sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall profitability
- Manage profit and loss statements, conducting detailed analysis to identify opportunities for growth and cost control
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, development, and performance management to build high-performing teams
Experience
- Proven management experience in hospitality or gaming environments with supervisory or executive-level responsibilities
- Strong background in team management, strategic planning, and operational oversight
- Skilled in supervising teams, developing talent, and fostering a positive work culture
- Knowledge of gaming regulations is preferred; must possess or be able to obtain necessary gaming-related certifications such as Tam Card, Health Card, or Sheriff’s Card
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple locations effectively
