Security Officer – Commercial Shopping Center
Pay: $19.00/hour
Hours: 16–40 hours per week
Shift: 8-hour shifts
Primary Schedule: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Additional Shifts Available: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, dependable Security Officer to provide a visible security presence at a busy commercial shopping center. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional demeanor, monitor site activity, complete regular perimeter patrols, and respond appropriately to security and site-related concerns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine perimeter foot patrols and document required checks.
- Complete accurate hourly activity and security reports.
- Monitor the property for safety, security, and policy violations.
- Address unauthorized loitering, trespassing, and other site concerns in accordance with company and property protocols.
- Follow all site-specific procedures and escalation protocols.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and appropriate verbal and physical demeanor at all times.
- Communicate incidents and concerns clearly with supervisors and designated property personnel.

- Ability to remain alert, professional, and composed in a public-facing environment.
- Ability to follow site protocols, complete documentation accurately, and perform extended foot patrols.
- Prior security experience is preferred.
This position requires reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to site standards.
