Clearwater Pools is Lincoln’s most established pool construction and maintenance company. We have been serving our community for 25+ years. We have the privilege of building and creating incredible backyards for our customers every day. We are growing fast and searching for full time help to join our company.
We have an awesome team of people that have worked with us for many years, and we would love to grow that core team. Here are the positions we are currently looking to grow in
- Construction Assistant
- Service Assistant
Here are the qualities we are looking for and expect from our team:
- Have a valid driver’s license – we move around the city quite a bit every day.
- Must be reliable and on time – come on, is this one even necessary to say?
- Be able to lift at least 50lbs – if you’re not strong now, you will get buff fast!
- Interest and willingness to learn new tasks – there are many steps to creating a backyard oasis.
- Detail oriented – you can’t have leaks in the ship!
- Polite and honest – who likes working with liars? Nobody likes that guy.
- Can handle criticism and direction – we all share ideas together to get each job done.
There’s no hiding it, creating and designing a magnificent backyard is hard work. But there’s nothing quite like seeing the results of your labor look so good.
