We are a well-established, fast-paced HVAC company seeking a skilled Install Supervisor to lead our installation team. This is a working leadership role responsible for overseeing residential and commercial HVAC installations, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects on track.
The right candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, solve problems in the field, and maintain high performance standards while staying hands-on when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead HVAC installation crews
- Oversee retrofit and commercial installation projects
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in real time
- Train and mentor team members
- Maintain clear communication with team and management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred (retrofit & commercial)
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record
