As we continue to expand our North American operations, we are looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician who enjoys working with advanced machinery and solving real-world challenges directly at customer sites.
What You’ll Do
In this role, no two days are the same. You will:
- Install and commission state-of-the-art CNC machines at customer facilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
- Support customers both on-site and remotely
- Train operators and maintenance staff
- Document service activities and findings
- Work closely with our US team and engineering experts in Germany
What We’re Looking For
We are open to different technical backgrounds. Ideal candidates may have experience as:
- Field Service Technician
- Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Millwright or Electrician
- Mechatronics or Automation Technician
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
- Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach
- Willingness to travel (~70–80%) Most travel is planned in advance, and you will be home for the majority of weekends
- Valid US driver’s license
- English required (German is a plus, not required)

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
