We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Architect to drive the design and development of our most complex projects — from initial concept through final completion. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership of the full project lifecycle and a voice in how we build.

- Design & Documentation — Lead the creation of detailed construction documents, floor plans, sections, and structural details using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Code & Compliance — Conduct comprehensive code analyses and ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning ordinances, and ADA accessibility regulations.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations — Meet directly with clients to define requirements, present design solutions, and refine designs based on feedback.
- Consultant & Team Coordination — Integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and mentor junior architectural staff throughout the project.
- Construction Administration — Conduct regular site visits, review submittals and shop drawings, and resolve on-site design challenges with contractors.
- Budget & Schedule — Ensure design deliverables and project milestones are met on time and within budget.
