Your Role:
- Conduct in-home visits, to assess our patients and define treatment plans tailored to their needs
- Educate patients and families on exercises and home safety
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of sessions

Requirements:
- Active Florida OT license
- Experience with seniors preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional Liability Insurance
