Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Provide medication reminders and safe mobility assistance
- Deliver care primarily in clients’ homes with varying schedules and shift times
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) preferred, but not required (we provide paid training for qualified Caregiver candidates)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency test, background check, and drug screening
- Dependable, compassionate, and motivated Caregiver with a strong desire to help others
