Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Trainer who is confident in coaching, client retention, and sales. This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with clients and deliver results.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth fitness assessments and goal-setting sessions
- Design structured, progressive training programs
- Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 and small group training sessions
- Build, manage, and retain a consistent client base
- Actively generate leads through floor engagement and referrals
- Educate members on training value and close training packages
- Contribute to club culture, events, and member experience
Qualifications (Required)
- 1+ year personal training experience in a gym setting
- National certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, etc.)
- Proven ability to sell and retain clients
- Strong knowledge of program design, form correction, and progression
- CPR/AED certified
- Professional, reliable, and results-driven
Preferred
- Existing client base or strong book-building experience
- Experience with body recomposition, weight loss, or strength coaching
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Compensation & Growth
- $25–$60+ per session (based on experience & performance)

Schedule
