Aspen Restaurant is looking to expand our team! We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong multitasking skills, and enjoys creating a positive first impression for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm, courteous manner
- Managing reservations and walk-ins with efficiency and accuracy
- Escorting guests to their tables and providing menus
- Assisting with waitlists and seating flow to ensure smooth service
- Answering phones and providing accurate information about the restaurant
- Supporting the front-of-house team with organizational and service needs
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay organized and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
