Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's overall gross motor skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to enhance children's independence and participation in daily activities.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support children's development across various settings.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of California (or eligibility for licensure)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) — strong supervision and mentorship provided
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in outpatient or clinic settings
- Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and a passion for working with children
