Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in supporting manufacturing operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure smooth production processes while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials within the manufacturing facility
- Operate basic machinery and tools with proper adherence to safety standards
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs
- Follow strict safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe workspace for all team members
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely, supporting the transportation of raw materials and finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote efficiency and safety standards in production environments
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing processes is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including proper PPE use
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus, ensuring quality control during production processes
- Willingness to follow detailed instructions and adhere to established safety procedures at all times
- Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is advantageous but not mandatory; we value motivation and reliability above all else
