Responsibilities:

- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports to track financial performance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create and update menu offerings.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including budgeting and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
- ServSafe certification or equivalent is preferred.
