Wholy Bagel has expanded! We're hiring team members for all shifts at our Northwest Hills, 3637 Far West Blvd. and Southwest Austin, 4404 W. William Cannon Drive locations.
We're local! Wholy Bagel was started right here in Austin in 2010 bringing New York-style bagels to Texas. No corporate overlords telling you how to be you.
Our bagels are legit! Wholy Bagel has been recognized by USA Today, Epicurious and Fox News as one of the best bagels outside of New York; we've also been featured on FoodTV's Food Paradise.
Made the right way! We follow the traditional artisan process--scratch-made dough is cold-proofed overnight, kettled (boiled) and finally baked in a traditional rotating deck oven giving our bagels a classic outer crunch and chewy center. Along with daily scratch-made bagels, Wholy Bagel offers 16 varieties of hand-folded cream cheeses.
Responsibilities Include:
- Order taking - we use the Square POS
- Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch menu items
- Opening/Closing shop
- Fulfilling wholesale and catering orders
- Food prep
- Have fun!
Requirements:
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Outgoing, friendly, customer service oriented
- Food handlers license
- Personal and professional references
- Detail-oriented
- Punctual
- Passionate about food!
