We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. This role involves managing building systems, supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing property performance. Duties
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, low voltage, and high voltage equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Manage facilities management activities such as inspections, safety compliance, repairs, and upgrades in accordance with industry standards.
- Coordinate projects related to property improvements or renovations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets through effective project management.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment using CMMS tools for accountability and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience including familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, industrial maintenance practices, and high/low voltage electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes or industrial facilities is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on safety, quality standards, and team development.
- Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
